With the January 2000 sale of her now multi-million dollar employment agency, Sue realized the move to business coaching was a natural match for her talents and personality. “An employee once told me how wise I’d been after helping her work through a major life crisis. It helped me realize that, yes, I do have insight and the ability to share wisdom.” Thus began Sue’s newest adventure. Along the way, Sue has always been firmly on the fast track in her career — a career invariably characterized by quick promotions and total autonomy. She has been Branch Manager for an international temporary agency in Edmonton where, based on outstanding performance, she was transferred to Vancouver and doubled sales in less than nine months; she’s successfully worked a 100% commission position with an upscale Alberta magazine; and she’s assumed responsibility for 13 popular fashion retail stores in a territory which covered Red Deer to Fort McMurray — a territory the company initially developed specifically “I believe the four cornerstones of success are
the same for every business, every career, every person,” Sue stresses. “Start
with tenacity, the sheer determination to succeed no
matter what. Be resourceful so you can find new ways
of achieving the desired result even when something looks impossible.
Have the courage to get up every morning and continue
along the road you’ve chosen. And finally, never let go of the belief that
you will be a success. These cornerstones have worked for me — let
me help put them to work for you.” | home | coaching
